Who we are

Built over five decades. Ready in minutes.

We began on the equity side of the market. Today the same desk runs foreign exchange, derivatives and multi-asset trading under regulation, for clients in more than 120 countries.

01 Where we come from

Five decades of market, in three chapters.

More than five decades in capital markets, told the short way. No founder myth, no framed photographs — just what changed and why it matters to your account.

  1. 01 Origin

    A stockbroking house.

The firm started by broking listed equities: matching orders, settling trades, answering to an exchange every single day. That habit of being checked never left the desk.

  2. 02 Expansion

Part of a regional financial group.

Joining a regional financial group opened deeper liquidity, treasury and cross-border infrastructure. The desk grew out of equities alone and into currencies and derivatives.

  3. 03 Today

    Currencies, derivatives, multi-asset.

One regulated account now covers forex, indices, commodities, metals, shares and crypto as CFDs — the same execution on the desktop platform and in your browser.

Our history is shown as relative milestones on purpose. Dates, entities and licence numbers belong to whoever publishes this template, and should be filled in before it goes live.

02 Why we are here

Institutional access, without the institutional door.

Our job is to give serious traders and investors the access that used to sit behind a dealing desk: regulated execution, costs you can read in advance, and professional infrastructure.

That means one account instead of five, a price you can check instead of a price you are told, and a support desk that answers while your position is still open.

We do not compete on bonuses, and we make no promise about profit. We compete on trust, on execution and on transparency. If a number touches your result, you will find it published.

03 The desk in numbers

What one account reaches.

Every figure on this page is illustrative and exists for demonstration. Replace it with your own audited numbers before publishing.

04 How we work

Six principles you can hold us to.

Principles are cheap to write and expensive to keep. These six are the ones we are willing to be measured against.

  1. Precision

Prices, spreads and fills are reported as they happen. The number you see on the screen is the number that reaches your statement — and the statement is available the moment the trade closes.

  2. Integrity

We answer to a market regulator, and we publish the policies that govern how your orders are handled.

  3. Security

Client money sits apart from company money, at tier-1 banking partners, and every session is encrypted end to end.

  4. Global access

One balance reaches six asset classes and more than 1,200 instruments, from forex majors to crypto CFDs, without moving funds between accounts.

  5. Execution

Orders route through our own engine, with an average fill under 30 ms and no dealing-desk detour.

  6. Excellence

The desk is staffed 24 hours a day, five days a week, by people who know the products they are asked about.

05 Regulation

Who watches over us.

A market regulator authorises the firm, sets how much capital it must hold, inspects the way client money is kept, and can take the licence away. That is what makes the four fields below worth reading before you deposit anything.

Who regulates us Placeholder

Regulator
[ REGULATOR ]
Licence
[ LICENSE No. ]
Registry number
[ REGISTRY No. ]
Jurisdiction
[ JURISDICTION ]

What a regulator actually does

  • Authorises the firm to hold client money and to deal in the products it lists.
  • Sets a minimum capital level, so the firm absorbs its own losses instead of touching your balance.
  • Inspects reporting, segregation of funds and complaint handling on a fixed schedule.
  • Can restrict, suspend or withdraw the licence — the part that actually protects you.

These four fields are placeholders. Confirm the regulator, licence, registry number and jurisdiction with your legal counsel, and replace them here before this site is published.

06 Your money

Five things that happen to your deposit.

Before funding an account it is fair to ask where the money goes. Here is the whole answer, in the order it happens.

  1. Held at tier-1 banks, in a separate account

Deposits go into segregated client accounts at tier-1 banking partners, in the currency you funded them with.

    Segregation
  2. Never mixed with our operating capital

Company money and client money live in different accounts. Ours pays our salaries and our bills. Yours never does.

    Separation
  3. Negative balance protection

If the market gaps against you, the account cannot fall below zero. You never owe more than you put in.

    Protection
  4. Independent audit and reconciliation

Client balances are reconciled on a regular cycle and reviewed by an external auditor, not by the team that runs the desk.

    Audit
  5. 256-bit TLS and certified security

Every session between you and the platform is encrypted with 256-bit TLS, inside an information-security programme that is certified externally.

    Encryption

How segregation, the audit cycle and the certification scope are described depends on the jurisdiction you publish under. Have the wording reviewed before use.

08 Support

People, not a ticket queue.

The desk is open 24 hours a day, five days a week, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The same team answers email, phone and in-platform chat.

  • Account opening and KYC A specialist walks you through verification and tells you exactly which document is missing, instead of returning the form without a reason.
  • Institutional desk Family offices, prop firms and partners get a named contact, a direct line and the paperwork a due diligence review asks for.
  • While the position is open Questions about a fill, a margin call or a withdrawal reach someone who can read the ticket, not a script.

Next step

Read the policies. Then open the account.

Everything on this page can be checked. Start with the markets, or talk to the desk — either takes less time than the paperwork.
